Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Opal Glow is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution whenever possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
